29 CFR  1910.36(d)(2): Exit route doors were not free of a device or alarm that could restrict emergency use of the exit route if the device or alarm fails.  a) Bridgewater Smiles LLC DBA Pittstown Smiles Family Dental Care, 1128 New Jersey 31 Lebanon, NJ 08833  On or about January 15, 2026,  the emergency exit door located within the office used by the dentist had a locking device affixed to it, which upon failure, could restrict egress of person(s) from the building in the event of emergency.
