29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  a) DI Water Room: On or about January 8, 2026, an employee was exposed to a splash hazard from the corrosive chemical such as but not limited to Global Filter NIL-8 (contains hydrogen peroxide, acetic acid, and peroxyacetic acid), and the employer did not ensure that an appropriate eyewash was located inside the room for immediate emergency use.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED  ABATEMENT NOTE: An appropriate emergency eyewash and its installation shall meet the requirements of ANSI Z358.1.
