29 CFR 1910.22(c): The employer did not provide, and ensure each employee used, a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces. A) 1 Arizona Way, Edison NJ 08832 Employees have no safe means of access or egress while using the walking/working surface inside the ASRS Loop. As employees moved in single file along the rails, one employee stepped on the heel of the person ahead, lost balance, and fell from the rail. On or about January 10, 2026.
