On or about January 15, 2026, in the painting and welding department: employees were exposed to respiratory hazards, in that, the employer failed to establish and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures for employees using Draeger - X-plore 5500 Full Face Mask respirators during various operations.

On or about January 15, 2026, in the painting and welding department: employees were exposed to respiratory hazards while wearing Draeger - X-plore 5500 Full Face respirator, in that, the employees had not been fit tested to wear a respirator.
