29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: (a) Throughout the Sawmill; On or about January 21, 2026 and dates prior, housekeeping practices were not implemented at a frequency sufficient to reduce accumulations of wood dust in areas to include, but not be limited to, the floors, overhead piping, and around/under machinery exposing employees to fire hazards.
