29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2)(iii): The employer did not provide information to the employees as to the location and availability of the written hazard communication program, and material safety data sheets required by 29 CFR 1910.1200: A.) GBU Corral DBA Golden Corral Buffet & Grill, 1025 North Hermitage Road Hermitage, PA 16148, On or about 1/16/26 and times prior thereto: Employees worked with and around hazardous substances used for cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting purposes. Employees were not provided with information and training on the location and availability of the written hazard communication program. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

GBU Corral DBA Golden Corral Buffet & Grill, 1025 North Hermitage Road Hermitage, PA 16148, On or about 1/16/26 and times prior thereto: The Hazard Communication training provided did not include site specific work practices, associated with corrosives in the event of a spill or drip from the primary container. Corrosives include, but are not limited to, Greaselift Degreaser & Fryer Cleaner and Sink & Surface Cleaner Sanitizer ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).
