In every building or structure exits shall be so arranged and maintained as to provide free and unobstructed egress from all parts of the building or structure at all times when it is occupied.    a) On or about January 14, 2026, the employer failed to ensure the exit near the security turnstile was clear and free from hazards. A flexible extension cord was crossing the exit route to power the server trailer, exposing employees to tripping hazards in the event of an emergency.
