29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Worksite located at 978 Sherman Ave., Liberty, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on a residential roof project and were not protected from falling by the use of any means of fall protection. The J Felix Jareleno Barrientes Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously 1926.501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1829354, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 1.12.26, with respect to a workplace located at 601 MO 7, Pleasant Hill, MO 64080.
