29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1):Where (a) portable ladder(s) was/were used for access to an upper level landing surface and the ladder's length did not allow the ladder side rails to extend at least 3 feet (0.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed, the ladder was not secured at its top to a rigid support that will not deflect, and/or a grasping device was not provided to assist employees in mounting and dismounting the ladder.    (a)  On or about January 15, 2026 at lot 48 Emerald Grove Drive Apopka Florida 32703: employees were exposed to an approximate 10 foot fall hazard, while utilizing a gorilla ladder, to gain access to the roof landing, in that, the ladder did not reach the roof landing.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee use appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors or potentially injurious light radiation.  a) On or about January 15, 2026, lot 48 Emerald Grove Drive. Apopka, FL: employees were exposed to eye injuries in that protective eyewear was not used while using pneumatic framing nail gun SN22/83H to install deck boards on a roof.    Emmanuel Remodeling Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1747226, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/24/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 2514 Cedar Shake Ct. Oviedo, FL 32765.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  a) On or about January 15, 2026, lot 48 Emerald Grove Drive. Apopka, FL: employees were exposed to a 10 foot fall hazard while framing out a roof with a pitch of 5:12, in that,  fall protection was not used.  Emmanuel Remodeling Inc.  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1727508, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/04/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 1306 Lake Olivia Ln. Windemere, FL 34786.  Emmanuel Remodeling Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1747226, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/24/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 2514 Cedar Shake Ct. Oviedo, FL 32765.
