29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch: Machine Shop area - Employees engaged in machining activities using the Baldor Grinders-Buffers Cat#8107W, S#F587 were exposed to struck-by hazards in that the distance from the abrasive wheel to the adjustable tongue guard was found to be approximately 0.5 inches.
