29 CFR 1910.134(m)(2)(i)(C): The employer did not establish a record of the qualitative and quantitative fit tests administered to an employee which included the specific make, model, style and size of respirator tested: a) 687 Cleck Road, Mifflintown, PA 17059: On or about January 20, 2026, the employer did not establish a record of the qualitative and quantitative fit tests administered to employees which included the specific model and size of respirators tested. Employees wear tight-fitting full facepiece respirators (Honeywell 76008A) during tasks involving maintenance and repair to the ammonia refrigeration system, and response activities. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
