29 CFR 1910.178(a)(5): The powered industrial trucks were equipped with front-end attachments other than factory installed attachments, however the employer did not request that the truck be marked to identify the attachments and show the approximate weight of the truck and attachment combination at maximum elevation with load laterally centered: 91 Court Street, Whitinsville, MA: On or about January 20, 2026, and at times prior, the employer operated a Doosan fork truck, model number GC18S-2, which was equipped with an ABACO forklift boom and the fork truck did not have an updated data plate showing the new load capacities with the attachment.
