29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: At a commercial worksite located at 11511 Blue Ridge Blvd, Kansas City, Missouri. Employees was exposed to a fall hazard as they worked from a man made scaffold platform which was not specifically designed by the manufacturer and did not have an adequate guard rail system installed. The front guard rail was not present.
