29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: At a jobsite located between 7515 and 7555 SW Fawn Circle, Parkville, MO 64152: Employees were exposed to serious fall hazards while conducting deck building activities. Employees were observed conducting leading edge work at heights greater than 6 feet to the next lower level without having any form of fall protection while building a deck.
