29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe condition(s) and the regulation(s) applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazard(s) or other exposure to illness or injury: 6767 West 29th Street, Greeley, CO, 80634: On January 21, 2026, the employer failed to ensure employees were protected from caught-between hazards while installing fence posts. Employees were manually holding the top of fence posts while using a 2025 Bobcat S64 (Serial # B4SC296216) skid steer loader bucket to push the posts into the ground.
