29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above the lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) On January 16, 2026, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury in that they had employees exposed to fall hazards. Employees were conducting framing and roofing operations on a residential home and were not utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards in excess of 9 feet.
