29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a) Asphalt paver located at Lot #63, Wilcox Dr, Dawsonville, GA 30534: On or about January 21, 2026, and at times prior, employees had not received adequate instruction regarding the hazards associated with riding or being transported by an asphalt paver machine. As a result employees were exposed to fall and struck-by hazards while being transported to and from the work area.
