29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Worksite located at 7027 NW 82nd St., Kansas City, Missouri- Employees are exposed to fall hazards while working on a steep pitched roof and were not protected from falling by the use of any means of fall protection. The Hildago Company, llc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1637432, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on March 3, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 7391 Grand Slam St., Parkville, MO 64152.
