29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii):Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): At 360 M.E. Frick Drive, Washington, MO 63090, On January 19, 2026 and at times prior thereto employees were exposed to amputation type hazards from an unguarded AEW Engineering Company bandsaw. The Frick's Quality Meats INC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1537582, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 13, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at, 360 M.E. Frick Drive, Washington, MO 63090 .
