29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a.) 302 Leidy Rd., Souderton, PA, on or about 1/22/2026 - guards were not available for the Bridgeport drill presses where the chuck was unguarded at the point of operation, exposing the operator/employee to an entanglement hazard. b.) 302 Leidy Rd., Souderton, PA, on or about 1/22/2026 - guards were not available for the Packard Precision drill press where the chuck was unguarded at the point of operation, exposing the operator/employee to an entanglement hazard. c.) 302 Leidy Rd., Souderton, PA, on or about 1/22/2026 - guards were not available for the Acer milling machine where the chuck was unguarded at the point of operation, exposing the operator/employee to an entanglement hazard. d.) 302 Leidy Rd., Souderton, PA, on or about 1/22/2026 - guards were not available for the Alliant milling machine where the chuck was unguarded at the point of operation, exposing the operator/employee to an entanglement hazard.
