No. 10A-1970: Badger Breaker, Model: 8600: On or about January 13, 2026, and at times prior to. the employer did not ensure that the portable fire extinguisher attached to the Badger Breaker was inspected at least monthly. This condition potentially exposed employees to fire hazards.

29 CFR 1926.1153(d)(2)(iv): The employer did not reassess exposures whenever a change in the production, process, control equipment, personnel, or work practices was reasonably expected to result in new or additional exposures at or above the action level, or when the employer had reason to believe that new or additional exposures at or above the action level have occurred: March Air Reserve Base, Badger Breaker 8600: On or about January 13, 2026, and at times prior to, the employer did not ensure that a reassessment of silica exposure was conducted for their 8600 Badger Breaker process, 9 years after their initial sampling. The 8600 Badger Breaker was being operated inside an aircraft hangar with minimal airflow. This condition potentially exposed employees to respiratory hazards.
