29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) In Die Cast, on the main scrap conveyor, located at 7251 Zell Miller Parkways, Statesboro, GA, on or about January 13, 2026, the employer exposed employees to amputation and struck-by hazards, in that the employer did not establish procedures for the control of hazardous energy when employees performed work on, and around, the scrap chute which maintained stored gravitational energy when folded up.
