29 CFR  1926.451(b)(1): Platform(s) on all working levels of scaffolds, were not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and guardrail supports such that the space between adjacent units, and the space between the platform and the uprights is no  a) New Residential Construction located at 1580 Christian Cir. SE, Conyers, GA: On or about January 23, 2026, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 20- feet above the ground level in that, the employer failed to ensure that platforms of the scaffold system(s) were fully planked while employees engaged in masonry work.

29 CFR  1926.451(e)(1): When scaffold platforms were more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access, portable ladders, hook-on ladders, attachable ladders, stair towers (scaffold stairways/towers), stairway-type ladders (such as ladder stands), ramps, walkways, integral prefabricated scaffold access, or direct access from other scaffold, structure, personnel hoist, or similar surface was not used.  Cross braces were used as a means of access.  a)New Residential Construction located at 1580 Christian Cir. SE, Conyers, GA: On or about January 23, 2026, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 20- feet above the ground level in that, the employer failed to ensure that cross braces were not used as a means of access while employees were working on the scaffold system(s) and engaged in masonry activities.

SE, Conyers, GA/3rd and 4th tier sections of the scaffold system - On or about January 23, 2026, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 20- feet above the ground level in that, the employer failed to ensure that employees were protected by both a personal fall arrest system and a guardrail system while they were working on the scaffold and engaged in masonry activities.
