29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6):Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6). a) At or near253 Van Buren St., Lyndhurst NJ - Pump Jack Scaffold - Van Buren St Facade: employees were exposed to electric hazards while installing siding utilizing a pump jack scaffold platform supported by aluminum poles that were approximately 4 feet from a 13KV energized primary line, on or about 1/15/26. b) At or near253 Van Buren St., Lyndhurst NJ - Pump Jack Scaffold - Pennsylvania Ave. Facade: employees were exposed to electric hazards while installing siding utilizing a pump jack scaffold platform supported by aluminum poles that were approximately 1 foot from a 240V energized line, on or about 1/15/26.
