29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: At the construction site located at 3507 Highway 7, Blue Springs, Missouri: Employees were exposed to fall hazards. An employee was observed working from an aerial lift approximately 15 feet above ground without wearing a harness and without being tied off. The employee was exposed to a fall distance of approximately 15 feet from the aerial lift platform to the ground.
