29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  (a) In the parts department, located at 17611 East Street, North Fort Myers, FL 33917, on or about 1/26/2026, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that the rotating chuck for the Wilton A5876 15" Variable Speed Drill Press, serial # 2381160, was not guarded to prevent the operator from coming into contact with it during operation.  (b) In the Parts Department, located at 17611 East Street, North Fort Myers, FL 33917, on or about 1/24/2026, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that the Powermatic 14" Bandsaw Model 143, Serial # 8243097, had an exposed portion of the blade due to a hole in the saw's frame.
