29 CFR 1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) Throughout the site, located at 5200 Linwood Road, Placida, FL 33946, on or about 1/26/2026, the employer exposed employees to chemical burn hazards, in that the employer did not have facilities for the quick flushing of the eyes that could maintain the continuous flow needed for each chemical in use available at the site.
