29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program that included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): At the production area, employees engaged in printing and laminating activities are exposed to chemical hazards in that a written hazard communication program had not been developed, implemented and maintained at the job site. Employees use chemicals such but not limited to: Denatured Alcohol, Rapid Tac and Rapid Remover. The chemical hazards associated with these include: flammability, skin and eye irritation, skin allergy and may be fatal if swallowed.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical: At the production area, employees engaged in printing and laminating activities are exposed to chemical hazards in that they were not provided access to the Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) for Denatured Alcohol, Rapid Tac and Rapid Remover. The chemical hazards associated with these include: flammability, skin and eye irritation, skin allergy and may be fatal if swallowed.
