At the worksite, located at 7245 Meadow Shade Ct Sarasota, Fl 34241 lot 62, On or about 1/28/26, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10ft & 18ft, in that fall protection was not provided for employees conducting framing and sheathing operations on a newly built residential home.

At the worksite, located at 7245 Meadow Shade Ct Sarasota, Fl 34241 lot 62, On or about 1/28/26, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10ft , in that an extension ladder was not raised 3ft past the rooftop landing surface as employees conducted framing and sheathing operations on a newly built residential home.
