Country Fair #72, 2905 Buffalo Road, Erie, PA - An in patient hospitalization was not reported to OSHA within 24 hours.  The in patient  hospitalization occurred on 1/24/26 at approximately 5 pm.  The in patient hospitalization was not reported to the Erie OSHA office until 1/26/26 at approximately 11:15 am.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
