Location: Job site; On or about 01/30/2026, four employees were allowed to perform snow removal activities from the roof of a condominium Management Office that was 8-feet above the ground below without the proper utilization of fall protection systems. M N General Construction Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1520937, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 6/14/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 13 Baptist Ave, Holyoke, MA 01040.
