29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard: A) Warehouse, Southeast storage room: On or about January 26, 2026, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to injury in that the storage of boxes of paper created a hazard because of the weight on the shelving. The Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of 29 CFR 1910.176(b) as part of inspection 1619318 citation 1 item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/08/2023 with respect to a hazard found at the U. S. Forest Service Olympia Forestry Science Laboratory.
