29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) 5 East 30th Street, Long Beach Township, NJ 08008: Employee engaged in framing installation and other related activities was exposed to fall hazards, over 20 feet to the ground surface below, when working and sitting on a plank on the exterior of the second-floor level roof of a residential structure without the use of fall protection. Condition observed on or about 01/29/2026. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
