29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): Industrial truck drivers were not required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel: a) On or about January 29, 2026, at jobsite location 6950 Northwest 77th Court Miami FL 33166, the clear plastic strips curtain became foggy due to condensation thus reducing visibility of the forklift operators and exposing employees to a struck-by hazard.
