On or about February 5th, 2026  at 7944 Rutillio Court, New Port Richey, FL 34653, tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not protected from damage, and contamination, in that, a half  face respirator was stored with the  filters attached and exposed in the warehouse with out protection.
