29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i): Respirators were not stored to protect them from damage, contamination, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals or were not packed or stored to prevent deformation of the facepiece and exhalation valve: a.) On or about February 5th, 2026 at 7944 Rutillio Court, New Port Richey, FL 34653, tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not protected from damage, and contamination, in that, a half face respirator was stored with the filters attached and exposed in the warehouse with out protection.
