The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated. a. On or about February 05, 2026, at the jobsite: employees were exposed to an approximate 21 foot fall hazard while installing roof tiles from a JLG Telescopic Boom Lift (model 800AJ), in that, fall protection was not used.
