29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a) New residential construction located at Lot 323 Soleil Blvd., Canton, GA 30115, Top plate: On or about 02/05/2026, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 19 feet, to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to an employee engaged in framing activities.

29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) New residential construction located at Lot 323 Soleil Blvd., Canton, GA 30115: On or about 02/05/2026, The employer failed to inspect electrical extension cords used to power electric tools prior to the start of the shift, in that a black electrical cord powering a DeWalt air compressor and a 50-ft yellow extension cord were missing ground pins as these cords were neither repaired nor removed from service before use.
