29 CFR  1926.602(c)(1)(vi):  All industrial trucks in use did not meet the applicable requirements of design, construction, stability, inspection, testing, maintenance, and operation, as defined in American National Standards Institute B56.1-1969, Safety Standards for Powered Industrial Trucks:  On or about December 17, 2025, employees were exposed to struck by and crush by hazards when a Lull Lift was not operated in accordance with ANSI B56.1-1969, section 602, subparagraph E, when it was left unattended with its load engaging means in the air, loaded with a custom-made basket / platform which was being used to raise personnel.  Paragraph E of the previously mentioned ANSI standard requires that the load engaging means of a powered industrial truck shall be fully lowered when left unattended.
