29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a- 1694 Pennington Road, Ewing NJ: Two company workers were exposed to ejection hazards when they were working from an articulated boom lift's elevated man lift basket without the required full body harness connected to the designated anchor point with lanyards or other approved means. Condition observed on or about 02/06/26.
