29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. Location: 199 South Ave, WHITMAN, MA 02382 On January 29, 2026, two workers were exposed to falls from heights up to 30 feet to the ground while working from an extendible boom ariel lift where personal fall arrest systems were not utilized.
