29 CFR  1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition.  a)  SDL Area: On 2/6/26, and times prior, the employer exposed employees to slip/trip/fire hazards in that the employer did not ensure that wood dust surrounding the Grizzly dust collector and electrical cords extending across the area were removed while employees were fabricating SDL for windows.  b) Panel Department: On 2/6/26, and times prior, the employer exposed employees to slip/trip/fire hazards in that the employer did not ensure that wood dust surrounding the Nederman dust collector was removed while employees were fabricating panels with the CNC machine.
