29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: On, or about, February 10, 2026, in the following locations, means of egress were not maintained to allow for free, unobstructed egress: A. Chief's Hallway: Snow had accumulated on the exterior of the building which did not allow the door to fully open. B. Red Rink, Back Door on the right: A red handle was stored in the path of the door and the door would open fully due to an accumulation of snow on the exterior of the building. C. Blue Rink, Double Doors: A hockey net was stored in the path of the door and the door would not open fully due to an accumulation of snow on the exterior of the building. D. Blue Rink, Door on the Back Wall: Snow had accumulated on the exterior of the building which did not allow the door to fully open. Also, a path had not been cleared to allow free access to a public way.
