(a) Worksite: On or about February 11, 2026, the employer required employees to use N?95 respirators while sanding drywall compound but did not assess the respiratory hazards present or follow proper respirator selection procedures. The employer did not evaluate workplace conditions, airborne dust levels, or Assigned Protection Factors (APFs) to ensure the respirators provided were appropriate.
