29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3):Inadequacies in an affected employee's knowledge or use of fall protection systems or equipment indicate that the employee has not retained the requisite understanding or skill. a) On or about 2/11/2026, at 1694 Marion Way, Farmington NY, 14425: Employees were installing solar panels and hardware on an estimated 6:12 pitch roof with an approximate ground to eave height of 18 feet without fall protection of any kind exposing employees to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet. Employees were previously trained and failed to implement fall protection. Abatement certification is required.
