29 CFR 1926.416(a)(3): The employer began work without determining if employees could contact any part of an energized circuit and did not post warning signs and advise employees of the location of the circuit, hazards, and protective measures they need to take. On or about February 11, 2026, at the Clayton worksite, employees were assigned to work in close proximity to live electrical components without the hazards being identified and marked as hazardous, nor being provided with other means of protection.
