29 CFR 1910.212(b): Machine(s) designed for fixed location(s) were not securely anchored to prevent walking or moving: a) On or about January 28, 2026, employees were exposed to "struck by" hazards from two Coats rim-clamp-change machines, serial numbers 2009101156 and 1905102541 and one Hunter SWE tire balancer machine, serial number OHC2763, in that they were not secured to the floor as required.
