29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) 16 S. Oakland Ave, Ventnor NJ: Employees were exposed to a fall hazards of approximately twenty five feet to the ground below. Three employees were observed removing roofing material from a 6:12 pitched roof at the side of the residence. All three were not protected from a fall by personal fall protection or any other means. Observed on or about 02/11/2026  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
