29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) On or about February 11, 2026 at the west side entrance, employees were working at a height greater than 6 feet without adequate fall protection while preforming framing activities on the exterior on the building.
