29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1):All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: a) 2700 Richmond Road Hatfield, PA 19440, warehouse computer station: On or about February 12, 2026, employees were exposed to the presence of lead on a worksite computer station, and the employer did not implement a housekeeping program to keep surfaces as free as practicable from lead. No abatement certification or documentation required.

29 CFR 1910.1025(l)(1)(i):Employee(s) working in an area where there is potential exposure to airborne lead at any level were not informed of the content of Appendices A and B of 29 CFR 1910.1025: a) 2700 Richmond Road Hatfield, PA 19440, facility: On or about February 12, 2026, employees were exposed to potential airborne lead in the facility, and the employer did not inform employees on the content of Appendices A and B of 29 CFR 1910.1025. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
