29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): 208 Saddle Horn Dr., Fraser, CO: On or about February 12, 2026, and at least 7 days prior, the employer failed to ensure that employees installing plywood sheathing at a residential property were protected from falls of approximately 30 feet by conventional fall protection (e.g.: lanyard with harness, anchor points, etc.) or other safety devices.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: On or about February 12, 2026, and at least 7 days prior, employees completing framing activities at a residential property located at 208 Saddle Horn Dr. in Fraser, CO, were not protected from fall hazards of approximately 30 feet by conventional fall protection (e.g.: lanyard with harness, anchor points and safety life lines and/or other devices). The employer failed to provide training to educate employees on how to install and use various fall protection systems, the correct procedures for inspecting the fall protection systems being used, and the limitations on the use of mechanical equipment during the performance of framing work.
